For Tuesday meetings, nominations close on Thursday prior at 9am with GRNSW.

Nominate with the GRNSW by Fax: (02) 8580 5301 or by Phone Nomination on 1300 664 565 between 8am-4pm daily. You can also register Online to Nominate through the GRNSW website at www.thedogs.com.au. To receive your password go to this website. Once you are at the site click on NOMINATE ONLINE and follow the prompts.
Scratchings Scratchings: GRNSW 1300 797 538. Phone Monday to Friday 8am to 4:00pm. Saturdays, Sundays (if applicable) and Public Holidays 8am to 10am only.
Scratchings will close at 9.00am race day.
Trials

Trials at Gosford are conducted as follows:
Public trials
After the last race on Tuesday nights: Tickets available up until 9pm - 4 Dog fields only.

Wednesday Night: Maiden and Puppies 6.30pm to 7pm - 4 Dog fields only (Papers must be produced). Ordinary Trials - 7pm. Tickets available from 6pm.

Thursday Morning: Between 9.00 am and 10.00 am only - Arm Trials Only- No catching pen. Catchers must be provided. Trials must be pre booked by 12.00 noon Wednesdays on 4323 4423. Cost $20 per dog.

Friday Morning: 8am. Tickets available from 7.30am.
Kennels There is a veterinary service available at all race meetings
The Kennel block is air-conditioned and the kennels are all on one level.
Kenneling Times Open 90 minutes before the advertised starting time for race 1 and close 45 minutes prior to the advertised starting time for race 1.
Swab Information If a winning or placed greyhound is swabbed by the stewards in charge of the race meeting, prizemoney will be withheld until written clearance is received from GRNSW.
Box Draw The box draw is conducted by GRNSW following close of nominations.
Telads NSW GBOTA currently have a Faxfields service in operation.

Parking Parking is available inside the grounds. Parking for participants and patrons is FREE
Public Transport Public transport to the race course is limited. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Gosford Railway Station.
Betting Options Gosford GBOTA currently have two Bookmakers operating on local events and one Bookmaker operating on away meetings.

Bookmaker Betting Rules Any bookmaker betting at Gosford GBOTA offering odds against a greyhound shall be compelled to lay such odds if demanded by the taker, but so that the bookmaker shall not be compelled to lose more than $700 on any one wager. Non-TAB maiden race compelled to lose no more than $500 on any wager demanded by taker. A figure of $500 will also apply to wagers on Away meetings.
EFTPOS Gosford GBOTA have an EFTPOS machine at the appropriately marked window in the TOTE building.
Smoking Smoking is allowed in open air areas including the stands
Catering Gosford GBOTA have a restaurant and a fully licensed bar available to all patrons.
General Information Powered caravan sites are available, but there are no kennels available for greyhounds. Full TAB Service Totalisator operates with SKY CHANNEL coverage at all Gosford meetings. There are also video replays of all races, which are available to owners and trainers. Photos of race finishes are available from Craig Youll call 0417 080 234. How To Get to the Track FROM SYDNEY
After driving up the F3 Freeway, turn off at the Gosford interchange and proceed down the Kariong Hill, keep going until you arrive at the second set of lights which will lead you to a left hand turn into Racecourse Rd. Drive past the Gosford Racecourse and Gosford Golf Course on your left-hand side. Proceed to roundabout with Gosford High School on your left. Turn left at the roundabout into Showground Road, proceed approx. 500 metres with Gosford Showground/Greyhound track on your left. Entry is via Glennie Street, the first street on theleft past the Showground.

FROM NORTHERN REGION
After driving down the F3 Freeway turn off at the Ourimbah/Gosford interchange. Proceed along Old Pacific Highway until you reach the main street of Gosford. Look out for the set of lights with a used car sales yard on the left hand side (with a Beaurepairs Tyre yard on the right.) Turn right at the lights, which will have you in Racecourse Road. Proceed 100 metres and turn right at the roundabout, this will bring you into Showground Road. Proceed approx. 500m with the Showground/Greyhound Track on your left hand side. Entry is via Glennie Street, the first street on the left past the Showground.
